How the lab handles your details

In short: no ads, no tracking scripts. What you send through a form is used only for what you asked for. Nothing is sold or shared, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

This page covers the Grounded AI Lab website (this site), its forms, and the lab's channels on YouTube, Instagram and Facebook (@groundedailab).

1. Contact form

• What you share: your name, email, mobile number and message.
• What it's used for: replying to you. Your details reach the lab's private inbox and records, and nowhere else.

2. Free guides form

• What you share: your name, email, mobile number and the guides you picked. You can also tick the weekly AI roundup or WhatsApp updates.
• What it's used for: emailing the guides you asked for from groundedailab@gmail.com. The roundup and WhatsApp messages go only to people who ticked them. To stop them, mail groundedailab@gmail.com.

3. Signing in with Google

• Some pages (the full lab: videos, upcoming topics, all guides) need you to sign in with Google. Google shares your name and email address.
• When you open these pages, the lab notes your email, the page and the time, to see who reads what. This record is kept for up to 12 months and is never used for marketing.

4. Comments on the lab's channels

• Automations read public comments on the lab's own posts through the platforms' official APIs. They use them to reply, and to send a guide when someone asks for one.
• They only act on the lab's own channels and pages. The access keys are kept on servers the lab controls.
• Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

5. What the website itself keeps

• There are no advertising, analytics or tracking scripts.
• The web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, page and time) for security and troubleshooting. Old logs are deleted as new ones replace them.
• Your light/dark choice is saved in your own browser and never leaves your device.
• Fonts come from Google Fonts, and videos on signed-in pages play through YouTube's privacy-enhanced player. Both run under Google's own privacy policy.

6. Sharing, children and changes

• Your details are never sold, rented or shared, and never used for advertising.
• The lab isn't aimed at children and doesn't knowingly collect their details.
• If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date.

7. Delete your details or ask a question

Mail groundedailab@gmail.com and your details will be deleted. To remove the lab's sign-in access to your Google account, use myaccount.google.com/permissions.
